Setting up the iSAMS Data Sync by HubGem

1. In HubSpot, search in the marketplace for iSAMS data sync by HubGem or go to https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/listing/isams-data-sync-by-hubgem
2. Click Install and follow the steps to verify and install the app in your HubSpot account.
3. Find the app in your list of installed apps. Click on it and go to the Settings tab.
4. If you’re not already using the Admissions Sync service:
   
   1. You should be presented with an enquiry form. This allows you to provide some basic information about your HubSpot account, i.e. name, email address, whether your account is used for more than one school, and which HubSpot products you are already using.
   2. Once you have submitted this form, it will send us an email. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss next steps and assign you a HubGem consultant who can guide you through the account configuration process.
   3. Once complete, we will put you in contact with our development partners at Cursor. They will help you by configuring a third-party admissions sync service to sync deal data from HubSpot to iSAMS.
5. Once your Admissions Sync is up and running, the app will now be able to retrieve and display information about deals which you have attempted to sync to iSAMS via the Admissions Sync.
